Kết quả khắc phục tồn tại về PCCC đối với nhà nhiều tầng, nhiều căn hộ và nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh

Ngày 14/3, đồng chí Nguyễn Đức Hoà, Phó Chủ tịch UBND TP Uông Bí chủ trì cuộc họp đánh giá kết quả khắc phục tồn tại về PCCC đối với nhà nhiều tầng, nhiều căn hộ và nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh (bao gồm cả nhà ở cho thuê trọ).

Thực hiện Kế hoạch số 171/KH-UBND ngày 17/7/2024 của UBND tỉnh Quảng Ninh về triển khai Chỉ thị số 19/CT-TTg ngày 24/6/2024 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về tăng cường công tác PCCC đối với nhà nhiều tầng, nhiều căn hộ và nhà ở riêng lẻ kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh, UBND TP Uông Bí đã rà soát, xác định còn 205 cơ sở vi phạm PCCC, gồm 74 nhà trọ và 131 nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh.

Lực lượng Công an đã phối hợp với UBND các xã, phường khảo sát, hướng dẫn giải pháp khắc phục, yêu cầu các chủ cơ sở ký cam kết. Kết quả, 74/74 nhà trọ và 131/131 nhà ở kết hợp sản xuất, kinh doanh đã ký cam kết, đạt 100%. Đến nay đã có 50/74 nhà trọ khắc phục xong các vi phạm (đạt 68%).

Phát biểu kết luận, đồng chí Nguyễn Đức Hoà, Phó Chủ tịch UBND thành phố yêu cầu các xã, phường và lực lượng Công an tiếp tục rà soát, không để sót các công trình vi phạm PCCC. Đồng thời, đẩy mạnh tuyên truyền, vận động, yêu cầu 100% chủ cơ sở khắc phục xong vi phạm trước ngày 30/3/2025. Sau thời gian này, nếu không thực hiện xong sẽ buộc phải dừng hoạt động.

Bên cạnh đó, các xã, phường cần quan tâm xây dựng và nhân rộng các mô hình đảm bảo an toàn PCCC tại các khu dân cư, duy trì hiệu quả mô hình “Tổ liên gia an toàn PCCC” và “Điểm chữa cháy công cộng.” Khẩn trương rà soát, nắm bắt tình hình thực tế để có biện pháp khắc phục triệt để, đảm bảo an toàn PCCC trên toàn địa bàn...
